Hello everyone,
If you're getting this email, it's because you requested to be on our email list recently. If you want to unsubscribe, please follow the link at the bottom of this email for the quick and easy option to get off our list.
We expect that this list will periodically contain news about Tri-State Biodiesel as well as information about the latest developments in the biodiesel industry. We will endeavor to keep these messages concise and to-the-point. Forward this email to anyone you know who's looking for more information about biodiesel in the NY, NJ, CT and PA areas.
Many things have been happening over at Tri-State Biodiesel lately and we're please to announce that we were in the New York Times very recently, and you can read all about it right here. The article contains an overview of our plans for biodiesel manufacturing in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
We are also making plans to open our Philadelphia and Connecticut offices very soon, and look forward to many exciting developments there! Stay tuned.
In biodiesel industry news, a new study commissioned by the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership and NorthEast Biofuels in England has concluded that switching from the ultra low sulfur diesel that's now being phased in the US to biodiesel could almost completely eliminate net carbon dioxide emissions. Biodiesel is still a carbon based fuel, so producing and burning it puts carbon back into the atmosphere, however, growing the feedstock takes carbon out again, creating an nearly carbon neutral cycle.
If you have comments or suggestions, email us! We look forward to serving you as the region's best full-service biodiesel company.
